6 months for a PC, 2 months for a headset

Hello.

This is my 3-4th time raising a ticket here that has no solution. I ordered this PC  back in Feb 3, 2022, which is supposed to be delivered by today Mar 8, 2022. BUT the date gets shifted to 6 months from now Jul 28, 2022.

I have called most of the Service Agent, all you guys gave were lip service without giving a solution. You guys are really UNBELIEVABLE !

Another is a headset which was supposed to be delivered in 1 month time , but the Agent called me, create a new order  and delay it for another 1 month to make it 2 months! I could just walk out from a store and get it at few bucks. But you A-o's are really killing your company's business and reputation.

It seems to me this company is falling apart. Anyone who reads this, please cancel their order and ask for refunds.

There is nothing Personal here. Everything posted is based on facts, and stop hiding.
Let every one knows what Dell is up to.

I called up a friend who told me that all the RTX 3090 cards has gone to big clients in their recent business deal. There's no secret here. Dell abandons Home Users.

I am sure our RTX cards got "reprioritize"

    Here's my proof.
I have been always keeping in touch and calling the Front Desk for information.
My GPU card arrived last week, and was set to be built, but when it arrives,
The GPU miraculously claimed to be spoiled, and the date got shifted out for 6 months!

Does it make any sense now?

You guys are just hogging the Home User cards for Corporate Purchase.
Is this commission or just to fulfill your KPI target?
This is a very unethical business practice.
If it is just myself, then it is an isolated case.
But going thru the entire Dell Care, you will know, it is world wide.

Can somebody testify here, is Dell still interested in Home User business, or has moved on?
Has the Home User business become a publicity gimmick for Corporate Business only?

    Hey MODERATORS,

What proof do you have that this problem has been resolved?
It is not, and is still an active. You cannot sweep things under carpet by marking this problem as SOLVED
