Hi, 

I have a pretty new XPS 13 system that I want to troubleshoot some things - I go through chat because to my prior experience with previous Dells, it's the most time-saving because I can actually do other things while on chat instead of being held up on Dell's line for 30+ minutes.

I have purchased premium support and their chat is always closed. Why? It's within their current times of operation 10am to 10pm. At this time of posting it is around 5:30pm CST.
