I ordered it on 9/14 and it was estimated on 9/20-23 delivery. However, it is rescheduled to 9/30 due to a part shortage.

Two reps help request an expedite to the production team but look useless.

Now, today, it is rescheduled again to 10/12.

On the Dell website, they still sell the same product, XPS 13 9305,  without any notice.

It is totally a waste of time and not reliable.
