I contacted Dell 2 days ago regarding my XPS 15 I purchased brand new in September of last year (2018). I am VERY unsatisfied with this laptop as it often crashes on me, fails to boot up, has horrible Wifi connectivity issues, and an incredibly depleted battery life. I contacted tech support to inform them of my current situation and seeing as how my laptop is less than 6 months old and is already falling apart (despite me taking great care of it), I'd like to see about returning this XPS to upgrade for a better model computer for which I'm willing to pay. I was informed to contact the sales team, which I did. The agent informed me she would arrange her supervisor to email me "soon". It has been 48 hours now. How should I go about this?
