Dell just changed the ship by date with no explanation or notification. I understand things happen but it is a little ridiculous that in this day and age a company as large as dell can be this bad at customer service. Any dell mods on here i wouldat least like to know why my order was delayed and maybe get a real timeline for getting my very expensive product.
