Ordered the Alienware R13, top range..delivered to DHL on time..however I have been waiting a week for DHL to deliver my PC. Communication is very poor with DHL..constant lies and delays. Suggest Dell change their contract with DHL...still waiting for my PC DHL received the PC on the 13th. It seems impossible to communicate. I love Dell Alienware never had issues with the PC just delivery service. This is not good for Dell  reputation. 

Like I say not a criticism of Dell however they chose the courier.
