Yeah, on the Data Domain Downloads site on support the only ones I could find were from 2014.
https://download.emc.com/downloads/DL52075_Data-Domain-Visio-Stencil.zip?source=OLS
I couldn't find anything on the Partner site either.
It's pretty frustrating when trying to create design/architecture documentation.

Find the Data Domain stencils at the below mentioned location of Dell-EMC download site. Though this one is not limited to DD6800 but will be helpful.
