I need to edit the dconfig.ini file for OME Essentials 2.2 but keep getting access denied error when trying to save the edit file, I know I have full control access on the file, it should be some services running locking up the file from being changed, anyone have any idea which services need to be stopped to enable editing the dconfig.ini file ? thanks
