Hello,

We recently purchased an MD3460 filled with 37 disks and I am writing documentation on how to replace a drive in the unit. 

Drawer 0 - 12 disks

Drawer 1 - 12 disks

Drawer 2 - 5 disks 

Drawer 3 - 4 disks

Drawer 4 - 4 disks

I have configured all 37  of the disks in one pool. The unit says that there is no drawer redundancy. 

Question 1: Does that mean that I will have to power the unit off and replace a hard drive in the event of a failure? 

Question 2: How do you achieve drawer redundancy.
