When I attempt to burn a CD or DVD the PC doesn't think there is a disc in the drive. I can read OK from the drive. I have a dell inspiron 8500 laptop (2GHz, 512 Mem) running windows XP. Please help. Thanks. Jim W.
You may want to post this under TechTalk -> Notebooks -> CD/DVD instead of in the Servers & Storage -> Dell|EMC Storage section. You may get an answer a bit faster in that area as people that know your product read the posts there and may be able to provide an answer.
