DiskXtender - MediaStor Administrator v5.20.150
i have a optical disc that is labeled and inserted properly, however I've noticed that in DiskXtender Admin, the disc shows as offline, but in MediaStor Admin it shows the status as Error. No other information about the error. In DiskXtender Admin the drive shows the proper location and other information.
Any thoughts?
Please let me know if I need to post any other information.
Contacted support, they suggested that I set the drives offline then reboot the plasmon20 and then bring the drives back online. So far I have only set the drives offline then waited about 1 minute and brought the drives back online. So far I am only seeing one disc that still shows an error. It is possible that if the discs end up still showing the Status as an Error, they stated that one of the following is possible: Corrupt Media or Bad drives. So far it looks like bad media/disc.
