Today Dell EMC announced the latest version of ECS 3.0 which features new enhanced enterprise capabilities, ECS as a software solution that can be deployed on certified Dell and HP hardware, two new dense D-Series configurations (4.5 and 6.2PB), a Dell EMC hosted ECS ‘Dedicated Cloud’ solution, and Dell EMC cloud-enabling solutions which tier to ECS for archive and long-term retention purposes.
