the cpuid of R5 1600 is 800F11, identical to cpuid of R5 1400.
looking at CPUZ of R5 1600 and R5 1400, same family, ext. family, model, ext. model, stepping.

    looking at CPUZ of R5 1600AF vs R5 1600

same family, ext. family, but model, ext. model, stepping are different:

    1,1,1 for 1600 and 8,8,2 for 1600AF.

now looking at CPUZ of R5 2600, again see 8,8,2.

conclusion: R5 1600AF is a zen+ Ryzen as is R5 2600. they likely have same cpuid.

dell has not updated 5675 bios to support zen+ cpu. R5 1600AF is not supported.

but if you have a 5676 motherboard, it will be supported.
