When I shut down my Dell Inspiron 27 all-in-one, I also turn off the keyboard and mouse to conserve battery.

The next day, when I turn on the mouse, it automatically turns on the computer without me having to press the power button on the computer.  This does not happen with the keyboard.

Is there a way to fix this?  I don't want the computer power to come on when I turn on the mouse.
