inspiron laptop 1764 win 7

recently replaced hard drive with all working rather nicely. three days later replaced keyboard and palm rest that included touch pad and mouse buttons. at first boot certain keys went dead & both mouse buttons not responding, but touch pad worked.

virtual keyboard does work after windows loads. same certain keys do not work in set up. can't get to bios setup because delete key is dead.

many so called fixes tried to no avail.
