Go to SolutionDecimal and Enter key on numpad not working

IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH STICKY KEYS OR ANY OTHER EASE OF ACCESS ISSUE.
I have tried every configuration there and it's not that. The only thing I can think of is that I upgraded my internal SSD and did a reinstall of Windows onto it, but I created the backup from the original SSD. I am losing my freaking mind trying to figure it out. Please help.
To be clear, the "home", "end", "-", "enter", and "." keys are all non-functional on the numberpad, which makes number entry enormously frustrating.

This post is the first thing I've found that has some relevant information. I feel like I was stymied in my search because my keys that aren't working are also associated with the stickykeys and kept running into posts around that.
