I was eligible for offers during the purchase which are ICICI cashback, Dell monitor and printer related offer while placing the order, in fact that is the reason we planned to buy the laptop. We placed the order on May 30th 2020 where we got message as it  will be delivered in 10 days time. But there was no news even after 40 days, customer care or mails anything didnt work.

We raised the concern in this community page, immediately we started getting the info from dell agents asking about the concern. It again took 20 days to figure why the order was not dispatched. Somehow received the laptop on Aug 3rd 2020. We got link for dell offer claims where I couldn't find printer offer at all. I got message saying the offer is over. When the mistake (delayed delivery) is with dell why should we not claim what we have paid for?

How would a user claim the offer once it has expired even before generating the invoice? I have no way to go back and refer for the eligible offer?

We thought atleast to get the headphones which was offered, after placing the order we got message saying "Registration Timeline not Met". Not able to place any offers again as service tag is already been used. 

Today we called up customer care where its holiday for dell, a person picked up the call and said to raise the concern in community so that it will be addressed. Well Done DELL!
