Seems like your GPU is overheating. Download Intel XTU and AIDA 64 extreme.
XTU will be monitoring all the hardware. You will see three types of throttling ,temperatures of CPU and GPU,etc.
Now open AIDA , go to tools and select system stability test. Now tick all the options and start the stress test.
Observe the CPU temperatures and throttling if any and let me know.
You can do the following things too---
1)Keep your laptop on a flat surface so that proper airflow is maintained.
2)Elevate your laptop: Keep a book below it
3)Buy a cooling pad
4)Keep your laptop in a cool environment (Air Conditioner )
If the above doesn't work, i would recommend you to call Dell support and state your issue to them. I guess they will replace the heat sink and cooling fans.
