Inspiron 16 Plus 7620, integrated webcam not working
Hello,
My integrated webcam has not been working since I got it. When I open the camera zoom app it was just a black screen.
I tried all the Windows troubleshooting, and the Windows support team also tried everything on their end but said I would need to contact Dell.
I've seen other people with this issue but yet to see any resolved.
There isn't a physical cover on the camera either.
8 people also have this problem

Windows Key+i > Privacy > Camera > Make sure following
Allow access to this camera on this device is set to ON
Allow apps to access your camera is set to ON
Also down below Choose apps that can use your camera is ON for appropriate apps
Let's execute following steps for this problem if above doesn't solve your problem. Please update me once done.
1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to invoke Task Manager > Go to the “Processes” tab > See which programs are currently running in the background of the system and If you found an app that uses Camera, end that program
2. Switch Off your Antivirus temporarily and check. Switch On antivirus when testing is over.
3. Windows Key+X > Device Manager > View tab > Show hidden devices
Locate your Webcam
Right click > Roll Back
If Roll back doesn't work - Right click > Update Driver
If above doesn't work, go to your computer manufacturer's website, download latest webcam driver and install
