The built-in camera in my laptop is not working on any application (Skype, Default Camera Windows Application). I badly need to fix this issue since I work at home and every time that I'll be doing a meeting, I'm still using my phone just to attend our meeting. Kindly help me about this issue.

I already tried almost everything that I saw when I searched about this issue but none of them fixed it.

In the default Camera app, it just a black screen while the led light of the built-in webcam is on.

Here are the things that I already did:

1. Checked available updates on the Integrated Webcam driver (no updates found)
2. Reinstall Camera Driver through Device Manager
3. Checked the SupportAssist website if there's available driver that can fix this issue (none)
4. Troubleshoot the device (no error occured)
5. Created a local account and opened the Camera app if it works (not useful)
6. Run the SupportAssist and try to troubleshoot the Camera (result failed. tried twice with 50 mins each test)
7. Opened the dxdiag to check if the system detects the built-in webcam (the device was detected)
8. Checked the privacy settings of the camera
