Hi! I own a Dell Inspiring 15 7559 i7 not touch screen. I want to ask you about this issue I'm having. The issue I'm facing is that if I open my laptop then power on, there is like a white border, just see the picture. And sometimes it boots slow or sometimes it doesn't boot at all. It is just luck sometimes that  I can open my laptop straight without having this issue. After some time it fades though but it still troubles me especially when I study, i'll have to wait time.
