Hello, I have an Intel 5500 graphics card, and it's running on an older version, then what Intel has, should I update it, or will the graphics lose some features.
Typically the graphics driver packages directly from Intel don't install on laptops. You get a message to download the driver from your laptop vendor. You can sometimes force that driver to install by using the "Have Disk" method in Device Manager, but that may or may not work well. Unless you're having an issue with your current drivers or there's some new feature you want in the newer version available on Intel's site, I would stick with what you have or wait until Dell offer a new version before updating.
@DELL-Jesse L He probably knows it is out of warranty. Looking for advise whether he should update or not. Can you tell him if Dell would know, at a price????
