start up
My Dell inspiron 9400 windows 10 240 ssd after power on tries auto repair.This fails and blue screen shows pc needs to restart.Then shuts down without restart.
How can i resolve this problem please

I tried that no problems or failures found I not very tech savvy with computers this is a second hand device I bought

hi
auto repair could be corrupted startup files
may want to restart laptop and run dell diagnostics
do kudos if okay and acceptance . . .: )

First, boot F12 and select the diagnostic tools and run them all to ensure you're not having a hardware failure.
