Hello respected sir ma'am I have dell 15 N5010  service tag  Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU M 380 @ 2.53GHz , 4GB RAM i want to upgrade my laptop processor i3 to i5 or i7 ans wnat to increase RAM 16GB please guide me what i need to do and is it possible and if possible then tell what kind of generation of processor  i can replace with it.
