I'm getting a decommissioned 3x node X200 system to use in my home lab, it has 1GB SATA drives in it with 1-2 drives failing can I run a non-EMC drive in the Isilon system?  Can I replace it with a similar sized drive in the system that are not EMC provided?  I'm obviously not going to have support on this at home so I don't care that it will be out of spec but want to see if it would actually work or if I have to source an actual EMC drive with EMC firmware on it.  What I'd really like to do is replace the 1GB drives with cheap large-capacity SSD's to lower my power bill but that's for another time.
