Hello Amit,

Our primary training course uses the EMC Proven Professional program in a course called, Isilon Administration & Management.  This is a 5 day course available as scheduled in classes around the world - or available as a video course if necessary, though I highly recommend making this a classroom experience.

Beyond that, there are a variety of introduction courses available online here that you might get started with:

Introduction to Isilon

Isilon vs Traditional NAS

Storage Administrator Training

This one ^^^ is the 5 day course link and the scheduled classes are here:

EMC Isilon Administration and Management Calendar

Once you have completed the Admin & Management course there is also an Advanced Administration course available which would be an additional 5 day course that builds on the first.  But I figure this is good to get you started!
