Yesterday afternoon my users with Latitude 5490s started reporting that their laptops were crashing out of the blue. Windows was unable to start, Startup Repair wouldn't work. Booting into Safe Mode would sometimes work. The main workaround right now is restoring to an earlier Restore Point.

My Latitude 5590 just experienced the same issue. I'm not sure if it's related to recent Windows or Dell updates. It's been a few weeks since I installed any new updates on my machine. The affected machines are running Windows 10 1909-20H2.

Anyone having a similar issue?
