Powered on my laptop, it did normally then after loading the startup apps, I closed them then it stopped responding, i i removed the battery powered it on then it did as follows

Power status light lights for 33 seconds (approx)

Then

[Hard Drive light Blinks approx 23 times, Battery status light is on, Wireless light] all at the same time, then after after blinking, they all go off

I have tried removing the battery then pressing power button for 15 secs but its not working.
