File Sharing Still Not Working Between Dell Machines

I have three machines.

Sony Laptop

Alienware Aurora R6 desktop

Dell G17 7790 Laptop

I am able to share files between the Sony and each Dell/Alienware.

I am not able to share files between the Dells.  I put this problem out here last year, but did not receive a solution. Someone marked one of the replies as the solution to my problem, but it was not a solution.  When attempting to access the shared folders between Dells, I receive the "You do not have permission to access \\devicename" error.

All are running Windows 10 Home.

All are running Norton 360.

The home network is private.

All networking settings are identical on each device.

This has nothing to do with Homegroup. Many people will reply to this post saying that it is because Homegroup was discontinued and that I need to change my settings.

Network router is Lynksys Velop Mesh System.

I have tried EVERYTHING that I can find on the web to no avail.  It almost seems that Dell has blocked file sharing between Dell devices.

Any suggestions?
