So my Lattitude wont turn on and I am stuck in an infinite loop of "attempting automatic repairs".

So I created a USB boot image with this guide

When I use "Legacy Boot" and Select "UEFI Boot" for my usb drive on the F12 screen I get the windows logo for a few seconds then an error that says "No Boot Device Found"

When I use "UEFI Secure Boot Off" and Select "UEFI Boot" for my usb drive on the F12 screen I get a dell logo with a spinner for a few seconds, followed by a screen asking me for my bitlocker key(which I dont have)

 

If I use "UEFI Secure Boot on" it just loops through the dell logo over and over
