Due to Windows 11 requirements I have performed upgrade from 1.2 to 2.0 TPM (1.3.2.8, A02), and also upraded fully BIOS. But now I am not able to fully enable TPM or do anything with that.

In BIOS there is "TPM On" and below is "Disabled". Attempt to switch "Enable" ends with error that Intel Trusted Execution (TXT) should be disabled first. However, it is not possible to disable that as this option is enabled and grayed out. Also option to clear TPM is not available. Attempts to Clear TPM from Windows ends without any result. It seams that something went wrong during uprade and now it stucked.

Does anyone have the same issue and resolved that?
