Hello, I have received a new laptop (Dell Latitude 3550) and I'm having a serious challenge with the built-in Microphone. The driver that's there is ''Microfoonmatrix  Intel Smart sound Technology for digital microphones'' ...and this isnt working when I try using the inbuilt microphone. I tried uninstalling it with the hope of installing RealTek drivers but it keeps coming back automatically. All drivers and updates are done.  I'm using Win 11 pro 24h2.

But, when I using an external microphone, all goes well.

What I need is to find a way around this or resolve this so that I can be able to use the inbuilt microphone. Any help will be highly appreciated.
