Happy to say my XPS 13 finally arrived over the weekend. Spent the week getting the machine to my liking. So far everything is working great. However Im experiencing an annoying little issue with the trackpad. 

When it first arrived the issue was pretty bad because palm detection was not enabled but Ive gone and fixed that. Now the only issue is that sometimes (more often than not) when I go to click the left click button of the trackpad the cursor jumps to the bottom of the screen. 

So many times I go to click on an app in the launchbar and it opens up trash can. 

I am currently on ubuntu 14.04 but the issue was still present on the delivered ubuntu 12.

I found many posts/topics regarding the palm detection issue but I couldnt find any post specifically for this clicking issue.

Has anyone experienced this or have a solution?
