Hello,

I have a Alienware X51 with Windows 8, 64 bit desktop system that is having issues loading.  When I turn on the computer, I get the normal Alieware load screen, then when it goes to the Windows 8 sign in screen, it comes up light blue and has a bunch of shapes in the lower left hand corner.  This is where the screen saver would come up.  When I hit the spacebar, the normal Window's sign in screen (purple in color) comes up and in the center of that screen, there's a blank white square and rectangle to the right, where I would enter my sign in info.  Also, there's several shapes above the rectangle.  I issue arose after Steam had me do some troubleshooting and they had me delete a file called Wow6432Node from the system registry. 

Also, here's some noteworthy info:

1. I tried using my Window's reinstallation disc, but nothing seems to come up on the screen.  The disc is also stuck in the disc drive and will not eject.

2.  I bought the system on Ebay and it is a refurbished system.  The XPS Technical support is listed as still being good until 3/5/2014, but when I contacted Alienware support, they said they could not help me because the system is registered to somebody else.  They said that If I could get in touch with that person, then they could transfer the warranty over to me.  I sent a email to the person that I bought if from and am currently awaiting his response.  I'm hoping he was the one that registered it, but I'm not holding my breath. 

Please help me out.
