Before i ask to send a technician or send the laptop in to dell, has anyone had problems with the outer lights not matching? The 2 lights underneath the alienware head are two slightly different colors. when set to orange, the LEFT light IS orange, the right light is a lighter yellow/green color that blends into a very noticeable green near the end of the strobe. The same goes for the bottom two leds that wrap around the laptop except RIGHT side IS orange, the left light is a lighter yellow/green color that blends into another color. 
Not sure if the photo showed up but hopefully it did. So either the light itself is bad or theres a problem with whatever controls the lights. The laptop also was missing a thermal paste pad from the factory. Luckily, i caught on after seeing high temps and asking for a tech to come by and replace it. Is it possible whoever built this laptop, maybe missed something here? This laptop is brand spanking new, never knocked around. 0 fingerprints lol. Support and tech have been really awesome putting up with all these problems i'm having with my poor laptop. Any help would be great! Before i take a guess to have the lights replaced only to find out its something totally different and bother dell again
