When I plug in my 4600c, the green power LED comes on immediately (with out me having to push the power button). I hold it down for 10 seconds and the light goes off. I push the power button, and the green LED comes back on. The hard drive light also flashes green exactly once for a milli-second.... but then that's all. Nothing else comes on. No fan, no hard drive spin, nothing. Even the status lights on the back don't come on. Power button just stays green, but nothing else happens.

 

I tried resetting the BIOS (had to pull the battery), I tried a beep test on the MoBo, nothing. (There is an amber light LED that comes on on the motherboard itself.)

 

So, does this mean I have a power supply failure or is my motherboard fried? How would I be able to tell without a spare of either one sitting around?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
