Hello everyone!

I recently tried to order an Alienware Area-51 ALX desktop through the Belgian website, which did not work. I contacted the local sales agent (Belgium & The Netherlands share) who helped me in setting up my order. Everything went fine till we got to the graphics card. According to all Dell website, when buying the Area-51 ALX you get a double graphics card (sli or crossfire setup). But according to the local sales agent this was not true, apparently I only get a single card and have to pay extra for a double.

I checked all websites Belgium, The Netherlands, UK, US, called all over, had contact with different other agents & tech support people. They are all in agreement, the Area 51 ALX comes standard with a double graphics card. But no luck with the Belgian/Dutch support, because it is not in their system. So now I am paying a huge amount for the Area 51 ALX without anything to show for it.

If there are more people in this situation, or somebody who can offer some assistance/guidance, please do react!!
