I installed a HP-cd writer 9200 plus and have been experiencing some strange things. CD-rom wonn't read dell diagnostics resource cd. That makes things difficult to run a diagnostic to try and figure out any conflicts between cd=rom and cd-r. scsi id is ok but sharing irq with ide. system says there is no conflict but I just don't know any tips any one.
