I have a 4400 with XP and sometimes, maybe 1 in every 4 times, I click turn off to shut off the computer and it starts shutting down and gets to the Windows is shutting down screen and won't go past that screen.  I have to shut it off by pushing the power button on the tower.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks
