What does DBQ mean in a DELL E521,I pulled the battery out of my PC,checked the voltage and got a reading of 2.97 volts,reset BIOS with jumper and i

turned PC and went thru all of the settings i wrote down before pulling battery,but this DBQ came out of no where and can not find out what it means any

ideas as to what it may be.

I still think the reason my PC will not boot up is something simple&stupid at least i hope so,right now a number 2 lead pencil&piece of paper is looking
