Diagnostics Test At Startup
At startup, I pressed ctrl + F11 or along those lines and a box showed up with the options to Test Memory, Test System, or Exit.
I later found out that this is the Dell Diagnostics test. I exited then my computer rebooted and it went back to the program. I keep clicking exit but it keeps going back. Any way around this? I'm on a deadline for my job and need to use my computer today.

Hi Ravoken,
Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Drain out the residual power
- Power off your computer
- Please unplug all cables/connections from the tower (Isolate it completely)
- Press and hold the power button of your computer for 10-15 seconds to drain out the residual power
- Release the power button
- Plug the power cable, monitor cable, keyboard and mouse back into the tower
- Try powering on the computer and re-check
Note: If it is a laptop, please remove the battery and power cable before holding the power button.2. Boot the computer from the 'Hard Drive'
- Restart the computer and repeatedly tap key on Dell logo (If Windows logo appears, repeat the step)
- Use down arrow key to highlight 'Internal HDD'
- Tap < Enter > and check if the computer boots into the Windows
3. If issue still persists, ensure that there is no CD/DVD inside the CD/DVD drive. Restart the computer and check again4. If you still face the same issue, please ensure that no USB drive is plugged in the computer. Re-check on system restart
5. If the issue still persists, have a close look at the keyboard and ensure that no key is stuck
Hope this helps. Do reply if you have any further questions. I would be glad to assist.

Hi Ravoken,
I also support your idea of attempting 'Factory Reset' as this may be a software related issue. However, let us try 'System Restore' as the first preference as it does not lead to data loss. As your system was working fine some time earlier, there is not much that you will lose in terms of programs and software. I would also like to know, if you have allowed 'hardware diagnostics' to run completely on the computer. Diagnostics check the hardware functionality of the computer and provides useful information before we attempt a software reset. I also recommend you to check the 'Hard Drive' status and 'Boot Sequence' in system BIOS.
I am sending you a friend request. Please accept my request and reply through a private message with the system 'Service Tag' and 'Account Holder's' name. I will check the computer specifications and model type; and will provide you with steps for 'BIOS status check', 'System Restore' and 'Factory Restore' if needed. Hope this helps. Do reply if you have any further questions.

Hi Ravoken,
Different Dell computers are built with diverse recovery systems. Before I provide you the steps to restore your computer back to factory defaults, I need to know the system model type and the operating system. Alternatively, you may accept my friend request and answer through a private message with the system 'Service Tag'. Once I have checked the system specifications, then I'll be able to provide you the exact steps for 'factory reset'. Do reply with the information. I will be glad to assist.

No keys is stuck.
I drained out the residual power
.
On the menu I received from pressing F12, I didn't see an Internal HDD option. I saw Boot to Utility Partition and after I pressed that,
A message appeared saying No Dianostic Utlity Partion Identified. Press any key to reboot. After I reboot, same problem.
There is no CD/DVD inside the drive. NO usb drive is plugged in.
It was just working fine before I pressed the ctrl + F12 or something similar to that.
