Games

I tried installing a CD-ROM game on my PC. After I found it wasn't compatible I used the remove function to remove the game from the computer. To my surpise all the games that were loaded on the PC were gone and the Program/Games area said empty. I click the Add/Remove function in the control panel and the add Windows componets, and the games box. It said Includes Freecell, Hearts , Minsweeper, Pinball and Solitare. After it went through the install function I only had the internet games showing up and not any of the ones mentioned in the previous sentence. Any suggestions in getting the other games back?

    Hi,

In Windows set-up remove the relevant games by ticking out the box.

Start - setting - control panel - add/ remove programs - Windows Set-Up. Games are normally in Accessories.

    OK out of everything.

Shut down and reboot and then try re-installing them. You will need your O/S disk for whatever O/S you are running on whatever model computer you have. Please include this information when posting back, as it is always useful and helps us to help you.

    Ceri,

That did it. Unclicking and shutting off the computer and then add back brought back all the games. Thank you.
