I have two OptiPlex 755's whose battery needed replacing.  I shut down Window 7 32bit normally and opened the case and replaced the battery. Closed everything up and powered them on and now I get a screen that says "Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause.  Does any one have any clue as to why this happened.
