Three weeks ago I purchased a Dell One [Red]; one of the reasons for this Purchase was the OS Vista Ultimate. Everything I had read talked about the 64 Bit drivers and this was something I wanted. Imagine, if you will, to find out that DELL does not supply you the 64Bit drivers with the One.  They do on the RED Laptops!!  So, OK,  I went to the MS website for my free 64 Bit drivers, and they told me that my Windows Vista Ultimate does not qualify for the free 64 Bit Drivers. I called MS and they stated that DELL had a special OEM agreement for Vista Ultimate, which does not include the 64 Bit drivers.

I mean it says right on the DELL shipping box "Windows Vista Ultimate", no qualifiers, but an implied 64 Bit capable OS.

I'm taking the machine back,... how sad for DELL
