It is "Spyware" it is part of Gator see here;
http://www.bugtoaster.com/DW15/Reports/ImageVersionList.asp?Company=Gator.com&BaseName=egnsengine.dll
I would download Ad-Aware from here;
http://www.lsfileserv.com/
It will detect "Spyware" and get rid of it.
