When I click on Ctrl and then F8 I get to the right page.  However, there is no advanced options or boot menu which I need to restore os to original.  Why isn't it there or, more importantly, what do I do to get it back?

Also, I note that when I try to access articles listed to help with restore the pages will not open no matter how many different articles I try or how often.
