Check the original configuration page at the Dell support site where the system was purchased.  If you have a backlit keyboard it'll show up in the "Original Configuration" list.

The Dell quickset application is what is needed.  The backlit keyboard is not standard on all configurations or all sales locations -- it is an option in some and not in others, so before you try to make one work, be sure you have the hardware for it.

You don't have a backlit keyboard -- such keyboards are designated with that term.

contact dell shop and ask them for backlit keyboard model 9MN92
