I'm trying  to use Window's Snipping Tool on my Inspiron 5559. Whenever I try to snip a screen shot, the entire screen goes completely grey.

I've also had an issue with browser windows that go completely black. When I ALT -TAB out of and back into the browser, the display usually returns. It's accompanied with an alert saying something about the display driver (I didn't make note of the message, so can't remember exactly what it's saying).

I wonder if the two are related.
