The File you need to download is found at

{  www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/drivershome/needproductselection  }.

Once on this site type in the Service Tag # in the proper field & Press the "Enter" button just below it.

This will give you a selection of Drivers found.

Click on "CHIPSET" .

Save then Run the "TEXAS INSTRUMENT-DRIVER" 1.0.1.19 File ( for  XP )  or 1.0.1.20 File.( for Vista ).

Restart your Computer.

The go to "Control Panel", "System", "Hardware Tab", Click "Device Manager" and confirm that the PCI Simple no longer has the Yellow Question Marks.

This should fix this problem.
