Hello

I am having problems with my laptop, all of the sudden when I turn the laptop on and let it boot up it stops at the black screen with the windows logo loading up

(I have windows 7) and then it flashes to a blue screen for like half a second then shuts off and restarts. 

I don't know what's wrong with it can someone please help? 

Ps. My uncle told me it might be a BIOS problem but I don't know how to fix it I've tried setting it to default and doing a system restore but neither worked.
